Disco Dust is a dynamic duo (Miss Voltaghe & Duke Skylocker) that focuses on creating an inclusive atmosphere that unites people of different communities, gender, lifestyles, and age together with the DJs. Their events have always been about synergy and harmony with the freedom of being who we are, without prejudice through music. Making the dancefloor a place where they count human stories, achieving a new community and family which goes beyond the dance floor.
Miss Voltaghe:
Throughout her 20-year career, she has been able to define her own sound under the influence of Disco music, Jazz, Funk, and parts of all the music that have defined the soundtrack of her life. Remaining valid between main clubs and parties of the CDMX as well as the rest of the republic. Her sets are based on the essence of House injecting multiple textures and nuances.
Miss Voltaghe has been presented at massive festivals such as the Loveparade Mexico 2005 and Toltecnica 2004. In the famous radio station The Lot Radio in Brooklyn, New York. Since 2009 it is part of Mi Casa Holiday one of the most important festivals in Playa del Carmen, MX. In the same year, she formed the project Néctar Fluye House dedicated to promoting House music in Mexico, producing events with national and international DJs international.
Duke Skylocker:
He began playing at the MANCUSSO parties which are events of artisan mezcal brands and private parties. Thanks to his constant contributions and dedication to promoters (local and international), Duke gained a space on DanceGruv Radio with his own radio show broadcast entitled “Into The Groove“. He has also played alongside such names as Horse Meat Disco (Glitterbox), Julius The Mad Thinker, Juliet Mendoza (Defected), Marshall Jones (DanceGruv Radio), The Funk District (Furious Mandrill), Disgonuts (Razor ‘n Tape), and many more
