DJ Double 07 has been known as a misfit to some and a master at his craft to many. His professional journey originally started with ambitions of becoming a radio broadcaster. His musical tastes are influenced by underground dance music from the 90s with genres such as House and Deep House. In 1993, he received his first residency at The Vault in Washington, D.C. This residency lasted two years. After the club’s demise in 1995, he gained many more club residencies throughout the DMV area.
Over the last three decades, DJ Double 07 has focused on honing his skills through proper music programming and moving the crowds through each of his DJ sets. With no plans to stop his craft, he explains in his own words, “My passion for House music is my solace.”
