Remix Audio Bar presents Don’t Sleep Santa Fe

13Pieces & Joolz are a DJ Duo based in Santa Fe, NM where they founded and operate Remix Audio Bar. This amazing establishment is a DJ school, a livestream studio, and a non-alcoholic beverage bar.

13Pieces (@13pieces) has been DJing for over 25 years, is a local favorite, and has opened for Jay Tripwire, Peanut Butter Wolf, and Aphrodite. His unique style ranges from scratching and cutting hip-hop, dark melodic techno, footwork, juke, experimental, and all styles of house, to jungle and drum and bass. He his platform of choice is vinyl and digital coining the phrase “wax2bytes” during his Don’t Sleep Santa Fe lives streams with over 500 recordings from 2010-2018. His vinyl collection is in thousands and growing. His most recent focus has been teaching and supporting future DJs in their Journey.

MizzJoolz (@a.la.machina) dancer, promoter, and DJ out of Santa Fe, New Mexico is the visionary and creator of Sol Sundays, a free music, wellness, and arts festival. She has been producing and promoting electronic music events in New Mexico since 1999. Dabbling in DJing vinyl with an extensive house music collection since 2004, she made her DJ debut at Remix Audio Bar in 2022. MizzJoolz feels at home playing deep, tech, funky, melodic, and gospel house genres on vinyl, Rekordbox, and Serato. Under the moniker a.la.machina, you can find her playing dark fast hard hitting techno. She is a healer and doctor by day and a DJ by night.
