Deeply rooted in North Carolina’s electronic music scene, Durham-based DJ and producer Treee City is a founding member of Durham’s Party Illegal soundsystem and has released on labels Raund Haus and Maison Fauna. He has performed at festivals like Moogfest, Hopscotch, and Slingshot. His skill sets have allowed him to share stages with Sylvan Esso, Steve Aoki, Washed Out,, and Daedelus. His debut full-length album “Good Job”, released last November on Raund Haus Records, is “something special and filled with dance-floor heaters.” (Indy Week).
Currently organizes “Blends With Friends” which is a biweekly DJ open decks and music meetup at The Pinhook (Durham, NC) and Moodboard which is a monthly club night at Rubies in collaboration with Mamis and the Papis.
